My name is Deanna and I am a Travel Professional with Expedia Cruiseship Centers in Winter Haven. Have you ever consulted a travel agent (any) for your vacation planning needs? If so, please tell me about your experience. If not, please explain to me why not and tell me what your impression of what a travel agent actually does is. I'm a "people person" and I'm curious about what misunderstandings or myths are out there about our industry and find that the best way to learn is to JUST ASK!!
