"Milk". Just the word itself conjures up feelings of comfort, home and wholesomeness. (Unless of course you're lactose intolerant.)
Nearly all of us were either breast-fed or milk-based formula fed and intrinsically harbor strong ties to milk. These infantile connections die hard!
I have a sneaking suspicion that the lines of customers at Starbuck's are there for their "sweet, warm milk" fix., not necessarily the caffeine!
However, as I
blogged yesterday, we need to take another look at our dairy habits. Are we really "doing our body good", or are we blindly falling prey to some amazing marketing and compromising our health in the process?
Please do yourself and your family the favor of reading this world famous "Milk Letter" thoroughly!
It's a heart felt letter from Dr. Robert M. Kradjian, MD, Breast Surgery Chief to his patients. It's hard hitting and challenging to your status quo thinking.
Grab a hot cup of Green Tea or steaming joe, settle into your favorite reading sanctuary and enjoy this thought provoking, life saving message.
