FULLY COMMITTED

I know I'm certified but wasn't sure I was fully committed until Eric signed me up in 2006 at T igers World on 6th St in Winter Haven.

The people there included, young mothers, a few guys , two Professionals(Doctors and lawyers) and three trainers Not one in their 60s or 70s...Mirrors and a huge blue and red mat.

No machines and I had to buy a tee shirt and boxing…

Feeling fine free and fabulous

Ok I want to Sing out!..All those words are needed to start a good to great day. I received a video clip that seemed a spontaneous outburst of song in an Italian Restaurant. Tigers Tense Up Dec 10th

Here I go thinking that Tigers are gentle creatures.Seeing the photos of them lying around in the bush then aimlessly wandering around.

I think it's my fault that Clark(I call him Superman) traded in both his cars and bought a- RED MUSTANG CONVERTIBLE.

Gardens on Havendale sent me into a spin of tales that NEEDED to be shared.

God what did I do wrong? Honest my heart was in the right place when I went to the Havendale Garden, I physycally created..called the Square Foot Garden..invented by Mel Bartholomew an engineer that retired but didn't want to work but his wife wanted a garden.

The Quonsit Hut

I arrived an hour early just to scope out the place for my speaking gig for the Lakeland Gardeners.

I passed the small 2/2 sign that read Nursery...and No Parking.

Seemed friendly enough.Surprized it didn't also say,"Keep out".

One Glass of Wine

Well gals one glass of wine,(thanks to Vicki) I was all over the place and loved seeing the new faces and getting the updated news that Liz and Wes are still together and trying for one more....(year or decade)
