We ran at 6 a.m. this morning around Cypress Gardens Blvd to Bond Clinic and back to Tigers World. A lot of sweaty determined clients...No machines,no treadmills,nothing except a deck of playing cards and the Trainer telling us over the music that we can we will or we walk.Either we are the Tiger or we will be the Tigers Lunch..So when do you want to make changes?
