Easiest Oven Rice Ever!

1 cup regular long grain rice (not instant)1 can beef consomme soup1 can french onion soup1 small can mushroom (do not drain)1/2 stick of butter or margarine Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Dump all ingredients, in order, in 1 1/2 quart casserole, do not stir.  Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until all the liquid is absorbed and the rice is tender.  Remove from oven and enjoy!  It's really great with beef or pork.  Perfect leftover as well! See More
