Pilates and Sciatic Pain

Have you ever had a bout with Sciatic pain? Why Pilates?

Everyone asks me, 'what's different about Pilates?' I reluctantly try to explain, thinking to myself..."I don't know".I am not an expert in cycling, weight training, golfing, or yoga. I am an expert in Pilates.
