Movies that have a happy ending are the ones I enjoy! I am motivated, energized and healed by my favorite book, The Holy Bible. I believe every word and try to live The Truth each day of my life. My musical "Hero" is Andrea Bocelli. He's Divine! Upbeat shows like "Dancing with the Stars" and HGTV's "Devine Design" are good examples of what I enjoy watching on the T.V, While walking daily to revive my circulation system after a long day's work, I get to see my neighbors and how they live, which offers an abundance of ideas for my business life.

So here it is...the "revamped" Thanksgiving Menu. I have included Fruit, lots of vegetables, grains/breads, Meat and Dairy. Hopefully it is "balanced" and wholesome. Let it be known that "Moderation" is key with my menu. If you want to feel good about the whole experience, go for a walk after eating.

Health and The Holidays

Having just experienced the death of my Father and a heart issue with my husband's Mother, I find myself reconsidering my Holiday menus. Why can't delicious food also be healthy? So....I am busy trying the "revamp" my recipes to make them a bit more heart healthy. I want my family to enjoy this wonderful season that is quickly arriving and come out on the other end better for it, instead of 10 pounds heavier and depressed.
