For me, as a woman:
I truly want to live the best quality of life I am able to, with as much love, peace, harmony and respect for others, and to somehow make a difference by affecting the lives of others, if even in a small way, every day.
My family and those I love dearly are more important to me than anyhing in the world.
For my children, I want to continue to set an expample of inspiration, and motivation, by walking my walk, and talking my talk, as my "as my authentic self"
That being said, taking the best care of myself, as a woman, is the key ! The entire Mind/Body/Spirit connection is what works for me, using the mind as the map, the body as the vehicle, and the spirit as the fuel.
Strong, Spiritual Belief, Solid Nutrition, Safe & Simple Exercise, balancing the soft exercise, I call meditation in motion, or SomaMotion, making time for fun, much laughter and always, always finding time for myself, even for a few moments, even if is to poke fun at myself, to get a good belly laugh, which is pretty easy to do, especially over another menopausal mood swing!
Stepping into the greatness I was born with, by utilizing Gods treasures, that was given to me, wisely, and respectfully to others & myself, to share those gifts I have been gifted, and to "pay it forward!"
