Gas prices seem to continue to fluctuate between high and higher. I remember when I was a little girl my dad would drive to the Race Track on 98 N to get gas because it was the cheapest around- $0.97 a gallon. WOW!!! What I wouldn't give for those prices again!!! 

Many stores are jumping in on ways to help you get lower price gas as a reward for shopping at their store. I know Sunoco Gas Station has a reward card. You can pick up the card at any gas station and a flyer that shows you what items each month will earn you a discount. 

The program I would like to highlight today is the new Winn Dixie Fuel Perks. Over the last month I was able to earn $0.20 off per gallon of gas up to 20 gallons. The nice thing is this is accumulative and I can continue earning rewards to add to it.

How do I earn fuelperks!?

Every time you spend $50 at any participating Winn-Dixie and use your new Customer Reward Card, you earn a 5¢ per gallon discount on gasoline (up to 20 gallons) at participating gas station

A few highlights:

• You will need a new Winn Dixie card with a magnetic strip. 
• You will need to register your card with your Drivers Licence in the store.  
• Each week there will be additional items on sale that will earn you rewards.
