To Add Text:
1. Give your topic a title.
2. Describe your moment in 100 words or less.
3. Type your story directly into the reply box and click the “Add Reply” button to save.

For Adding Photos:
1. Upload your Photo to the reply box of this contest by clicking on the photo icon, choosing the image from your computer.

For Adding Videos:
1. Go to the Videos tab and click on “add a video” option to add your video.
2. Upload your video to the site from your computer.
3. Add a title, description and relevant tag words.
4. Copy the embed code and paste inside the reply box to this contest discussion.
