It’s that time again, Friday Freebie! Do you not just love free stuff? It is always nice to be able to get something free, but be sure that you do not become discourage on couponing just because you cant score the free items. Saving money in any way shape or form is to be applauded!
Last night I spoke with a lady who attended a workshop back in February and she told me she just booked a cruise for the fall, something that would have been completely out of her budget pre couponing! ECB is extra care bucks, you earn them when you purchase items in the sales circular that are notated. You will get it in the form of a printed receipt after you make your purchase, and it can be used like cash on your next purchase.

You can only use them for the $1 movies at the Blockbuster Express that they have in lots of publix stores. You will see a spot for promotional code when you check out. You will still have to input your debit card, since it is only free for first night. As long as you return on time, you won't be charged. I use all the time!! Once you begin using, they will email you codes.

Just got Sunday's paper and in the Parade there is an offer for a FREE book from Jillian Michaels (Biggest Loser). All you have to do is go to www.jillianmichaels.com/parade and fill out the request for. You do have to pay $4.95 for shipping. The book is called Master Your Metabolism by Jillian Michaels.

Tide is giving away 25,000 samples (10 pk) of Tide Stain Release on their Facebook page every day this week. After Likeing their page go to the tab... Tide- take the challange and it lists the times and days that they are giving the samples with a $2 coupon. All you do is select that tab at the specified time and watch the video answer a question. If your answer is right then it will promt you to fill out your mailing info. Have patience it takes a while for the pages to load! I was able to fill it out 6 times, each time was for a friend or family member (you only can get one sample a month per household). Good Luck!
Oh from what I have seen the coupon and sample are mailed seperately. So don't get upset if you get only the coupon in the mail, the sample will come a few weeks later.

WYB means when you buy
The $5.99 is a $1 money maker, if you use the $1 coupon on the package you pay $4.99 but get back $5.99 in extra care bucks.
