Polk County Parks & Recreation presents the Scales & Tails Pet Festival at Loyce E. Harpe Park (map/directions). This year's event will take place right next to the DiOGi Dog Park. This event is for the entire family - pets are welcome on a leash or in a carrier. Activities include activities for children, live entertainment, and pet and animal related vendors.
