Who is the hardest worker in Central Florida? Do you know someone who is constantly striving to do their best? Whether you are a student, employee or employer enter for a chance to win $100 gift card to downtown Lakeland, FL. The contest starts April 1, 2010.

How to enter:

Post a comment or video in 100 words or less why you/or someone you know are the hardest worker in Central Florida.

LAKELAND | Do you think you're the hardest worker in Central Florida?

You might finally have your chance to prove it.

Staff Builders HR has announced a contest that will require participants to combine pure work ethic and raw creativity for a chance at winning the title of Hardest Worker in Central Florida, not to mention a $100 gift card to downtown Lakeland.

"There are a lot of hard workers in Central Florida," said Jessica Gutowski, director of business development for Staff Builders HR. "I thought this would be a great way to get everyone excited about the economy."

The contest runs until Aug. 1. The winner will be announced at the grand opening of Staff Builder's new office at Tennessee Avenue and Main Street in Downtown Lakeland.

Entering the contest is simple: With a video or comment containing less than 100 words posted on the contest's Facebook page, workers will have to convince a panel of local-celebrity judges why they are the hardest worker in Central Florida. Those interested in entering must be over the age of 18.

The second place winner will win $75, and third place will win $50.

Gutowski said entries can pretty much be anything that shows how hard a contestant works.

The contest will be judged in terms of dedication, creativity and community involvement.
