Beautiful from the Inside Out Wellness Retreats for Women aim to give women an opportunity to come out, relax and connect with other ladies who like them, want to achieve greater levels of fulfillment, life balance and awareness. Today's woman is so busy and wears so many hats! Life roles demand so much of us and too often, our own self-care is placed at the bottom of the priority list.

Our retreat will provide a forum for all of us to be inspired,to renew and rejuvenate our lives. Through a combination of breathwork, meditation and empowering coaching; participants will be able to assert themselves in the areas of

energy, confidence and balance.
